Kind Hearts at KES

Thank you to Nancy Hagge, Schulyer's grandmother, for helping us
recognize February as Friendship Month and delivering another dozen
hearts to help us remember to be kind to the people we work and play with
everyday. These beautiful hearts splash color all over the barren tree that
we pass when coming to school. It is our goal during this month to strive
to be extra kind to everyone so that we may instill these habits as natural,
lifelong behaviors.
Students will have opportunities to recognize each other for their kindness
by placing a red heart on the wall when someone has been kind to them.
Let's see if we can cover the cafeteria black board in red hearts to show
our friends just how much they mean to us!
